1 cup seed oil, 1 cup yoghurt, 1 satchel of baking powder, 2½ cups of milk, 2 tbsp white flour, 3 ½ cups of corn flour, 3 eggs, 1 tsp (levelled) of sugar, salt to taste, 500 g feta cheese
Put the flour in a bowl. Make a “well” in the middle of the flour and add all ingredients except the feta cheese. Knead well until the ingredients are uniformly mixed. Finally, add the feta. Coat the baking tray with oil and add the mixture in. Cook for 45 minutes at 180ο C.
