Cut the chicken into portions and pressure cook for half an hour. After the chicken is boiled, dust with flour and lightly fry. Add the remaining flour onto low heat and slow add the chicken broth. Add the same time, add the garlic and spices. Boil until thickened on an open pot for quarter of an hour. Optionally at the end, beat two eggs with lemon juice and add this to the mixture, or add vinegar without egg.
