This small shelter is used in cases of emergency. Situated at an altitude of 1.400 m, it has a capacity of 18 persons, featuring a fireplace, kitchen and wood-burning stove. Aside from the hiking route, the shelter is accessible by road from Litochoro and Palea Leptokarya.
