Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the yeast, after melting it in some water. Slowly add the water and mix until thickened. Cover with a lid and leave to rise. After the dough has risen, slowly add the thickened mix into hot oil with a spoon. Leave the laggites (pancakes) to turn golden brown and then remove. Dust with sugar and cinnamon. You can also add a little bit of honey. This same recipe is called Tsirichta by Pontic Greeks, and was offered as a gift when visiting women who had recently given birth.
