Add the ingredients for the cream (milk, semolina flour and sugar) to the fire until a cream-like consistency. Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp butter (or margarine) and the 2 tubes of vanilla extract. Beat 4-5 eggs and stir into the mixture. Prepare 4-5 fyllo sheets with a rolling pin, oil the baking tray and layer them. In the last fyllo sheet, add the walnut/cinnamon mix. Top with cream. If you want the fyllo sheets to stick out of the tray, twist around the edge to create rolled edges. Bake at 200ο C for about 45’.
