Between Skourta top and the Muses Plateau, on the saddle, there is a dangerous narrow path, Laimos or Giossos Path. In winter, it is almost impracticable due to the strong winds and one has to cross it «on all fours» with the help of a rope placed at various points for the protection of the mountaineers.
