The Panhellenic Festival “Feta and Gastronomy – Elassona” aims to achieve several goals, including expanding its customer base and establishing a strong network of individuals and businesses involved in the production/distribution of feta cheese, meat, and wine.
It also seeks to engage various entities such as ministries, professional associations, organizations, research and educational institutes, and develop partnerships to promote the above products.
Synergies to promote greater and widespread production of feta cheese, meat, wine and their international exportation.
Encourage new businesses to engage in the production and marketing of dairy products and wine.
Promoting feta cheese as a PDO, with the aim of the product achieving the position it deserves in the Greek and international market.
The dissemination of good practices with regard to promoting feta cheese, meat and wine from organizations and businesses abroad.
